Have you been helped for Christmas or helped anybody?
Also, I offered a swing and bouncy seat to someone and I haven't heard anything from them. Here is a picture of them and if anyone else is interested in them please email me and let me know.
They both only need batteries unless you want to get some toys to hang on the bar of the bouncy seat.
The swing and bouncy seat have been picked up and given to an expectant mother. YEAH!!!!!!

Christmas Help
Here you can post your Christmas needs or a post about wanting to help someone for the holidays. You can be sure that you don't have to worry about the flagger. You will NOT be criticized, attacked or made to feel bad that you or your family have hit hard times. I will keep the ugly away because I am the moderator and I will do my best to delete the ugly.
I have reached out to Craigslist community and I did receive help. I am going to put a shortened version of my story just so you can see that there are people out there who are willing to help.
This is my story (shortened):
My family was homeless and through an agency they helped us get a place. When we moved in we pretty much had nothing. My husband was working part-time and there was no way we could furnish a home. We had two children at the time and one on the way. We talked about it and decided to post on Craigslist and asked for help. We were fortunate that a few good people responded and helped us get the things we needed. One woman even drove the items to us. I have to say that she went above and beyond to help get things we needed. I couldn't work because I was too far along in my pregnancy and with the economy the way it is, my husband could only find part-time work -he even applied at fast food restaurants. I didn't have a crib and we were sleeping on concrete because we had no beds. I count my blessings still that God allowed this woman to help us. Nothing was new but it was decent. To be honest with you what I have now is probably better than the brand new stuff I had before I became homeless. My dressers came off the side of the road and really looked good. God really does provide!!!! We are still struggling but I think we are going to make it.
So with all that said, I didn't have a problem with this lady coming to my home - I wanted her to see that I wasn't scamming -If you are offering to help someone and you feel they are scamming, go visit them.
Welcome to my blog
WELCOME!
I have created this blog for those who have posted on Craigslist and been flagged again and again. I can’t stand clicking on a post only to see that the flagger has struck again. We have obviously struck a nerve with the flagger. So, feel free to post your needs or desire to help someone for the holidays coming up. Here, you will NOT be criticized, attacked or made to feel bad that your family has hit hard times. There are four rules that I would like for you read and then post with just a first name to let me know that you have read and agree to them. I am the moderator and I will not let a post appear if it has ANY ugliness to it. If it happens, I will block the person from ever posting on my blog again.
RULES:
1. NO CRITICIZING
2. NO ATTACKING ANOTHER PERSONS POSTING
3. TAKE ALL PRECAUTIONS NOT TO BE SCAMMED
4. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY---ENJOY
